In a small mixing bowl combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese and 1 egg. Lay the sliced mozzarella on top of the cream cheese layer, covering completely. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente.

Serve with some garlic bread and a salad. Spread half the ricotta mixture over noodles; After topping with remaining cheese, spread evenly and cover dish with aluminium foil.

Pour 1 1/2 cups of sauce over noodles, and spread the remaining ricotta over the sauce. Break up meat and crumble as it cooks. Repeat two more times with lasagna noodles, refried beans, sour cream, cheddar, taco meat, 1/4 enchilada sauce, jack cheese.

Top with the remaining lasagna noodles, spinach and cheese. Assemble the lasagna by layering the mushrooms, cheese sauce, pasta sheets and grated cheese in a baking dish. Gently spread the cream cheese/ricotta mixture evenly over the sauce.

In a 9 x 13 baking dish, ladle out a bit of sauce to slightly cover the bottom of the baking dish. Combine tomatoes & cooked sausage. Spread 1 cup meat mixture into slow cooker.

Place 5 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, then add a layer of refried beans, 1/3 of the sour cream, sharp cheddar, taco meat mixture, 1/4 of the enchilada sauce and monterey jack cheese. Top with remaining noodles and sauce and sprinkle mozzarella over all. Drain and return to pot.

Add garlic cloves and let cook for about 1 minute. Repeat steps 1 and 2. Layer with 3 noodles (breaking noodles as necessary to fit), 1 cup meat mixture, 1/2 cup cottage cheese mixture and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.

Add the garlic, parsley, the 1 tsp. Lay the remaining lasagna noodles on top of this. Cover with foil and place in the oven.

Cover with layers of 1/2 cup meat mixture, half the beans, 1/2 cup cheese and 2 of the remaining tortillas; Layer half of lasagna noodles in a greased baking dish. Mix well and set aside.

Cover with a layer of noodles.
