100 Whole Wheat Bread Recipe Thermomix

2 cups (227g) king arthur white whole wheat flour.

Add butter, salt, and 1 cup of whole wheat flour and mix with a fork or standalone mixer with hook attachment. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 2. It'll feel more like clay under your hands, and may appear a bit rough.

As it bakes, it will puff up and create a pocket perfect for filling. Add yeast, water, salt, honey and molasses to standalone mixer with bread hook attachment (or large mixing bowl), and let stand for 10 minutes (yeast should be poofy after 10 minutes). Turn dough out onto the bench, gently press out into a rectangle, fold top third into the centre, then lower third up.

Please note that the tm5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the tm31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for tm 31). 3 1/2 cups (454g) sliced bananas (4 to 5 medium bananas) 8 tablespoons (113g) butter, room temperature. Mix until the consistency is some what even. Add all ingredients (except butter) into a breadmaker, first the wet ingredients (milk, egg, tangzhong), then followed by the dry ingredients (sugar, salt, bread flour, wholemeal flour, yeast). Then continue to slowly add flour 1/2 cup at a time until the dough quits sticking to the sides of the bowl.

Put dough into the baking sheet (lined with parchment paper). Add warm liquid (water/milk), yeast, salt, butter, olive oil, flour, egg, ascorbic acid powder into the thermomix bowl. 4 cups of 100% whole grain wheat flour.

Put sugar in bowl and pulverize for 3 seconds at speed 9. 100% pure rye breads are higher in fibre and lower in fat than wheat loaves and therefore have added health benefits. 1 tsp whole wheat flour to sprinkle on top;

Remove from bowl and knead by hand briefly. Add in the remaining whole wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, and salt, and mix with a standing mixer or a wooden spoon until a smooth dough is formed. Add 50 to 100g of your favorite seeds at the stretch and fold stage for a light country multigrain bread.

Add more water (1 tablespoon at a time) if it is too dry or add more flour (1 tablespoon at a time) if it is too sticky. Chop walnuts and sunflower seeds to a grainy texture in a food processor, and add to yeast mixture. Then knead for 2 minutes.

Mix to combine for 10 seconds on speed 7. The trick is to have enough consistency to stand up with the least amount of flour so the bread will be fluffy. Sprinkle again with some seeds on top.

Using the palms of your hand roll each piece into a round ball and flatten it out on a baking tray or board. 400g whole wheat flour {aata} 2 tsp active dry yeast; It should be tacky to the touch.

The dough is made with basic ingredients (flour, water, salt, oil, honey and yeast) then rolled thin and baked at a high temperature. / 37°c / speed 2.5. 150 gm wholemeal / whole wheat flour.

Knead for 3 minutes on interval speed. More flour and knead for a few more seconds.
