It’s really easy to make and the taste is just so much better than thai iced tea made with a packet tea mix.

Iced tea recipe lemon. Four to six tubs come in one container. Now strain the mixture on a colander. You simply boil some water with the tea bag, lemon & some sweetener in the pot.

Since tea is rich in antioxidants, its good to include tea in your diet. In this recipe, i have used black tea powder. Lower heat and simmer 2 minutes.

So i paired it with some sweet iced tea. Combine lemon peel and sugar in a medium saucepan with 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Once boiled, pour over tea bag(s).

Cover the pan with a lid, and allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes. Using a vegetable peeler, remove bright yellow peel from lemons. In this recipe, you can skip the lemon juice if you want and make just a refreshing iced tea.

The preparation of this fresh mint and lemon iced tea is pretty simple: Add fruity flavor to basic iced tea with blueberry juice and lemon juice for a refreshing drink that's great for entertaining. Also, the sweetener can be given a skip if you want or you can add less sweetener.

Because, as followers of my facebook page know, i am a huge fan of lemon. Serve over ice, with mint and lemon if desired. It takes about 5 minutes of ‘hands on’ time so not really much longer than making a hot cup of tea.

Still, like anything in the world, some people may be allergic to lemon balm (like people who are allergic to peanuts). Strain the lemongrass ginger syrup through a small sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much flavor as possible. I love the happy, yellow color.
