Bake, uncovered, until the noodles are tender, the sauce is bubbling, and the edges are golden and puffed, about 20 minutes. You say it's difficult and messy to make. I love no boil lasagna noodles!

Carefully uncover and increase the oven temperature to 400°f. Please use whatever noodle you prefer. Then, spoon on about a cup of turkey meat sauce and sprinkle on 1/4 of the mozzarella overtop of the ricotta.
